Our cleaning services do not include biohazard cleanup (e.g., blood, urine, vomit), pest infestation remediation, extensive mold remediation (surface cleaning only), heavy lifting or furniture moving, exterior window or area cleaning, lawn/garden maintenance, or the organization/decluttering of personal items. We also do not handle hazardous chemicals, animal waste, dead animals, or valuable/fragile items

Special requests require advance notice and may incur additional charges. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and the submission of any complaints.
